Fort Saskatchewan will host a piece of the Alberta Summer Games in 2026.

The Mountain Bike competition will take place at Fort Saskatchewan's West River's Edge park.

The 25th Alberta Summer Games takes place July 16-19, 2026 in Strathcona County and area. Other venues include Centennial Park, Millennium Place, Broadmoor Lake Park, Ardrossan Recreation Complex, Emerald Hills Sports Pavilion, Broadmoor Public Golf Course, Broadmoore Tennis Club, Druids Rugby Club — all in Strathcona County  — and Rundle Park in Edmonton.

Some 5,000 participants are expected to be part of the games, which include basketball, baseball, beach volleyball, canoe/kayak, golf, lacrosse, mountain biking, rugby, soccer, swimming and tennis.
